What I Learned Today

1. seems like comcast is doing something different when you dont' pay the bill for a few months. Before they would just stop the modem from grabbing an IP address. Now it seems like they delete modem's registration information. Will have to find out more - neice's computer is still having issues, so I think she just needs to pay the bill.
